A New Season of Prayer - 2026 Guidance from the National Team

Dear Prayer Sisters,
In January the National Prayer and Planning Team sought the Lord together for direction, we have sensed that the coming season (2026) will be marked by rapid transitions and significant change.
Yet, in this shifting landscape, the Lord is calling us to anchor ourselves in focused, faith-filled prayer—drawing for our strategy from Acts 9:40 onward.
We feel led to share these five key focuses for our prayers in the months ahead:
1. Shift Your Focus
Let’s gently turn our eyes from the swirling issues that might threaten to overwhelm us. Instead of letting challenges consume our attention, let’s choose to fix our gaze on Jesus, trusting that He is truly in control.
2. Eliminate Distractions
As Jesus exhorted in Luke 10:4, "Trust in the Lord and don’t be distracted." Set aside anything that competes for your attention, especially as you approach Him in prayer.
3. Fix Your Eyes on God’s Greatness
Deliberately remember and meditate on who God is—His faithfulness, His power, and His unchanging nature. Let God’s greatness anchor you in peace.
4. Cultivate a Heart of Humility and Attentiveness
Let’s posture our hearts to listen for His voice. Luke 8:10 (TPT) says, “You have been given teachable hearts to perceive the secret, hidden mysteries of God’s kingdom realm.” As we pay careful attention, the Lord promises to give even more revelation—until it overflows!
5. Declare God’s Truth in Faith and Prayer
Let us be bold to speak out God’s promises over our situations—believing that, “Their faith fastened onto their promise and pulled them into reality” (Hebrews 11:33b TPT). Let us, like Paul, “forget all of the past as I fasten my heart to the future instead” (Philippians 3:13 TPT).
Summary Thought:
In this season of change, real clarity and power in prayer comes when we fix our eyes—not on the storm—but on the One who commands the seas. God is steadfast, and He will faithfully lead us forward.
We’re in this together, and your prayers are vital!
With much love and expectancy,
